Do you offer discounts for bulk order?

We do but you will need to CONTACT US with the quantities you are looking for, item number, and other specifics so we can get you a quote.

Can I make a chance to my order?

Please CONTACT US immediately if you find an error with your order. We will make every attempt to help you fix the problem but in most cases the orders go right into production.

Can I purchase an item without a monogram?

Yes, although pricing is the same. If you want the item blank please click on the “blank box” instead of choosing personalization.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To prevent your piece from tarnishing or unwanted oxidation store your jewelry in a closed jewelry box or in a Ziploc bag. Wrapping your pieces individually will also help with scratching. It is recommended that you do not wear your jewelry when applying perfume, makeup, or hairspray. To restore/clean your jewelry we recommend mild cleaners or a polishing cloth.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final due to the personalized nature of monogrammed gifts.

Why am I billed before my item ships?

Your credit card will be processed before an order is started because the item is being made just for you.

My order is wrong, what should I do?

Please CONTACT US and include your name, date of purchase, order number, pictures, and a description of your claim.

What is the warranty on your products?

Unless otherwise noted all Heartstrings products are warranted against breakage for 30 days from the date of delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $100.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, at this time we only ship within the US.

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes, once the order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be active on the carrier’s website.

I paid for 2nd Day Air, why did it take more than 2 days to arrive?

The shipping method does not expedite the time an item is in production. By choosing 2 day it does not mean the item with be produced and shipped the same day. Once the item is produced, and in shipping, it will then be sent 2 day.

How long does it take to get an order?

Our normal turnaround time is 3 – 5 days. During busy season or holidays items make take up to an extra week to produce due to the volume of orders.

Do you gift wrap?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

I only received part of my order?

If you ordered multiple items they may arrive in different packages. If an item on your order is backordered it will be noted on your invoice and will be shipped when it is back in stock.

What order are the letters in a monogram?

Traditional Women’s - first, Last, middle (Example - aGp)
Traditional Men’s - FIRST, MIDDLE, LAST (Example - MJD)

All names and text will appear exactly as they are entered. Examples of monogram and personalization fonts are available on the website. Please choose them carefully as your order will produced EXACTLY as you enter it. For fastest processing time please note the character limits listed when ordering each item.
